The service design required an assessment of stakeholders, analyzing different character personas and archetypes, empathizing with users, visualizing experimental situations through storyboards to define the issue, ideating a solution, and finally prototyping. The result was an integrated mobile application called 'iOblivion', created for every matter related to the space exploration centre, and with the goal of 'mobilizing' interactive edutainment of the astronomy centre.
